- The lions will perform the plucking the green performance. Auspicious vegetables like ' Sheng Cai (Lettuce) ' and fruits like oranges and pineapples will be use for the performance.
The lions will then present some lucky words to celebrate the occasion while fortune laughing big head will entertain the audiencewith some funny crowds and bring the crowd over to the performance area to interact with the lion dance. |

- Our performers does mimic the supposed movements of this river spirit in a sinuous, undulating manner. The movements in a performance traditionally symbolized historical roles of dragons demonstrating power and dignity. The dragon dance is a highlight of special occasion celebrations.
Dragons are believed to bring good luck to people, which is reflected in their qualities that include great power, dignity, wisdom and auspiciousness. The appearance of a dragon is both frightening and bold but it has a benevolent disposition, and so eventually became an emblem to represent imperial authority. Dragon dance display a teamwork of 10 dancer. You willl be able to see our award winning performers dance this brightly dragon with special movements. |

He Xin Lion & Dragon Arts is one of the few troupe in singapore who are able to offer a traditional god of fortune with full make up and beard. God Of Fortune will distribute red packets "Ang Bao" to the audience, it is belived to bring luck and wealth throughout the year. This ang bao usually contain golden coin or lucky number.

- Koi fish performance are always seen at opening ceremony, koi fish performance usually comes together with the dragon dance performance. You'll be able to see the koi fish dance together with the dragon with the rythm of our dragon dance drum from our musical team.
